About TJHEC
Started in 2006 with intensive RESNET (Residential Energy Services Network) and BPI (Building Performance Institute) consultant training. That led to several hundred exisiting home energy audits and then new single home certifications. Third Party Verification Services grew into more complex multi-family projects which are inspected during framing rough-ins, pre-drywall insulation and final build-out stages.
Above is a Certified Gold LEED v4 Homes sixty unit apartment building in Milwaukee WI. Unique multifamily project was one of the first in a National LEED Neighborhood Development.
